Schedule a Medicare appointment
Two short steps. Meet by phone, video or in person — whichever is easier for you. There’s no cost for my help and no obligation to enroll.
Step 1
Complete the Scope of Appointment
Medicare requires a short Scope of Appointment before we talk about plans. It lists the types of coverage you’d like to discuss, so our appointment stays on what you asked for.
- By phone (easiest): at the start of our call, we’ll complete it together on a recorded line. It takes about two minutes.
- Online: if you’d rather sign a form, I’ll send you a link to sign.
- It does not enroll you in a plan or commit you to anything, and you can change your mind about what we discuss at any time.
Just tell me which way you prefer in the form below.
Step 2
Tell me when works for you
Pick a day and time that works for you. I’ll call or text to confirm.
