Life insurance that fits your family and budget
Life insurance pays your loved ones if you pass away — to replace income, pay off a mortgage, cover final expenses or leave something behind. I’ll help you figure out how much you need and compare options.

Term life
Coverage for a set number of years, such as 10, 20 or 30. Usually costs much less than whole life for the same coverage, and often used while raising kids or paying off a home.
Whole life
Lifelong coverage with fixed premiums and cash value that grows over time. Costs more than term, but never expires as long as premiums are paid.
Final expense
Smaller whole life policies, often with simplified health questions, meant to cover funeral and end-of-life costs so family isn’t left with the bill.
How much coverage do you need?
A common starting point is enough to cover your debts, several years of income for the people who rely on you, future costs like college, and final expenses — minus savings and any coverage you already have. We’ll work out a number together in a short call.
Do I need a medical exam?
Not always. Many policies use health questions only, and some final expense plans have simplified underwriting.
Is life insurance through work enough?
Often not. Work coverage is usually one or two times your salary and typically ends if you leave the job.
Can I get coverage if I have health problems?
Often, yes. Depending on your health, you may qualify for a regular policy, a simplified issue policy with a few health questions, or a guaranteed acceptance policy with no health questions. Guaranteed acceptance policies usually have a waiting period before the full benefit is paid.
How long does it take to get coverage?
It depends on the policy. Some simplified issue policies can be approved within days, while policies that need a medical exam or medical records can take several weeks. Coverage usually starts once the policy is approved and the first premium is paid.
